New Feature

BMS-MS Teams Integration

The BMS integration with Microsoft Teams provides users with an alternate method for receiving the notifications generated by ticket workflow rules. Instead of a mailbox, the notification is sent to a webhook URL and posted in a Microsoft Teams channel. The workflow rules define the events and conditions as well as the Teams channel the notification is posted to. For more information, see BMS-MS Teams integration.

• As part of the new BMS-MS Teams integration, a new tile titled "Microsoft Teams (New)" has been added under Admin > My Company.

  

Fixes

Ticket (New View)	Fixed: The user was not able to see more than 720 tickets (to export) while using the Safari browser.
Projects	Fixed: When a task was saved after the due date of the task, there was an error message.
Projects	Fixed: When user imported data through an Excel sheet and when the Excel sheet contained one task with milestone type, the import failed with an error, and the error was recorded in the logs.
Projects	Fixed: When trying to change the date of a milestone task in the project to an earlier date, an error was displayed.
BMS-VSA 10 Integration	Fixed: The Push CRM button was getting enabled periodically even though user did not touch BMS integration in VSA 10.
